Meadows Gives A Hint: Food Shortages and Lethal Viruses Will Do the Job

December 15, 2009

Dennis Meadows, the population control fanatic who in recent interviews claimed he could not hurt a single fly, gave a hint, however, how the target of a world population of 1-2 billion—which he defined as "ideal"—could be reached. At a Berlin coneference on Nov. 30-Dec. 1, which has not been much publicized, Meadows said in his presentation:

"I will use climate as an example. It is not the first limit to growth experienced on the planet. Rather it is the first limit to threaten the rich countries. Thus it is the first to attract urgent attention from the powerful countries. It is not a problem. Rather it is a symptom. It will not long be the principal concern. Rather we will be focussed on some other limit 3-5 years from now—energy scarcity, food shortages, the spread of a lethal virus, or some other. But if we do not succeed in controlling climate change, we will not have the chance to deal with other limits."

The conference, "Better Rather than More—Wealth in the 21st Century," was organized by the Denkwerkzukunft foundation, set up by the notoriously anti-growther Meinhard Miegel. In addition to Meadows and Miegel, speakers there were Kurt Biedenkopf and Tim Jackson (U.K.), among others. Miegel also had an interview with the telepolis website Dec. 14, in which he "forecast" that the financial-economic crisis will deepen and reach its high point and explode maybe in 2015, with inflation (rather: hyperinflation) included.

Prince Philip's Nazis At Copenhagen

December 15, 2009 — Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, and husband of Queen Elizabeth II, is an evil man and the World Wildlife Fund that he created with fellow Nazi, Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, is an evil organization. We do not have to prove the case again, said Lyndon LaRouche, commenting on the genocide being pushed at Copenhagen. Both historically, and in terms of policies, Prince Philip is a fascist, and there is really no difference today between Prince Philip, Barack Obama and Adolf Hitler. Their policies are genocide.

Prince Philip has talked about "culling the herd" of human population, and openly said he wants to be "reincarnated as a deadly virus" in order to reduce the world's population. Now, Prince Philip's Nazis are crawling all over Copenhagen, entrenched in the IPCC bureaucracy, in the Obama Administration, in the British government, and in the NGOs.

Over the last week, there have been open calls for genocide at Copenhagen, in press conferences and reports by the UN Population Fund (UFPA), by the "Optimum Population Trust," by Tony Blair personally, and by Blair's The Climate Group. The Monarchy is directly steering this murderous Copenhagen Conference, with Prince Charles scheduled to give the opening keynote to the Copenhagen Conference on Tuesday, Dec. 15. On Nov. 3, 2009, Philip convened the meeting of the Alliance of Religions and Conservation held at Windsor Castle. All of the leading organizations that are putting population reduction forward at Copenhagen are directly tied to Philip and the WWF.

OPTIMUM POPULATION TRUST: The group which is advocating killing 3-5 billion people by 2050 and which released a new report putting "population reduction" as #1 priority for Copenhagen, is a decades-old organization linked to the WWF and Prince Philip. OPT is one of the "partners" of the "Global Footprint Network," which every two years issues a "Living Planet" joint report with the WWF. The "Pawprint" Network argues that "since the late 1970s, humanity has been in ecological overshoot" .

OPT was created in 1991 because of the failure of successive British governments to enact the recommendations of the Royal Commission on Population of 1949 (!) which warned of the dangers of overpopulation.

In 2007, the OPT published a report called "Youthquake," in which they said, "compulsory limits on births may become unavoidable...." because otherwise, "Might humanity have to suffer the kind of death-dictated control to achieve stabilisation, or reduction by a population crash—a massive cull through violence, disease, starvation or national disasters—which biology dictates for all other species when their numbers exceed the limits of their environments carrying capacity?"

Key OPT personnel include more than a dozen well-known enemies of humanity, including: Patron, Paul Ehrlich, the genocidal maniac who wrote The Population Bomb, and who tutored Al Gore in population control ; Patron, Jonathon Porritt, former Chair of the U.K. Sustainable Development Commission, and chief advisor on climate change to both Prince Charles and Gordon Brown. Porritt gave the Copenhagen press conference ten days ago at which OPT called for cutting the U.K. population in half, to 30 million. He advises the Brown government and the Crown as chairman of the Sustainable Development Commission (SDC) created by the Blair government; Patron, Sir Crispin Tickell, former U.K. Permanent Representative to the UN Security Council.

Further research is being done on several other key institutions that are directly involved with Nazis Tony Blair and Prince Philip: The Climate Group, and the notorious Summit of Religious and Secular Leaders on Climate Change meeting that was convened by Prince Philip at Windsor Castle on November 3, 2009.

The Incredible Shrinking Obama Presidency

December 16, 2009

There are growing signs of a total meltdown of the Obama Presidency, with the very real prospect that, if the current rate of collapse of public support continues, Obama will have lost all political authority by January. This is the appraisal of several leading Democratic Party officials and senior U.S. intelligence sources, who have conferred with Executive Intelligence Review investigators over the past week. According to one senior Democratic Party strategist, it is not the Afghan war policy that has led to a four-percent collapse in approval for President Obama in the past week. First and foremost, it is the economy, the failure to reverse the jobs collapse, and the view that the President is more concerned about bankrolling Wall Street than the plight of the American people.
According to one senior intelligence source, it is normally the case that the Secretary of the Treasury is the Administration's chief spokesman on domestic policy issues. But Tim Geithner is so discredited, that the Obama Administration is resorting to Peter Orszag, Larry Summers, and Rahm Emanuel. "Geithner has fallen out of favor with Obama," the source reported, but "Summers has gained favor." The source noted that Christine Romer used a Sunday talking heads show to deliver a message to the President, that Larry Summers is full of crap when he says the recession is over and job growth will begin in the Spring. A tight-knit circle at the White House has even iced out some senior economic policy advisors—and the Cabinet departments are totally out of synch with the White House gaggle, the source elaborated.
There is so much confusion on Capitol Hill over the Obama West Point speech about Afghanistan that, today, Hillary Clinton, Bob Gates and Gen. Cartwright were sent to deliver a closed-door briefing to the entire House! A similar briefing will be given to the entire Senate later in the week.
According to top Democratic Party and Administration sources, the anger at the President escalated after the so-called jobs summit and especially after his soiree at the White House yesterday with top Wall Street executives. "It's still the economy, stupid," is the phrase being widely heard around the Democratic Party these days. Yet, according to sources close to the Obama White House, the President has made it clear that his top priority is still health-care legislation, and that jobs are not going to be tackled until after the health-care bill—any health-care bill—passes. Rahm Emanuel spent an hour early this week, meeting with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, demanding that Reid make whatever concessions to Joe Lieberman are needed, to secure his vote. With a public option now completely off the table in the Senate, other Democrats and independents, like Bernie Sanders, could refuse to vote for the final bill.
One of the most terrifying prospects for Congressional Democrats is recent polling data that shows that between 40-65 percent of registered African-American voters are not planning to vote in the midterms. "Do you know what that will mean in the South, in particular?" one top Democrat asked. Behind the scenes, the Congressional Black Caucus is in total revolt against the President, amazed that, under the first African-American President in history, African-American unemployment is at an all-time high, the source elaborated.
One top Democrat put it this way: The President does what he wants, the Cabinet is ignored, and now Obama is off to Copenhagen. Whatever he may have promised the Chinese about no binding caps on carbon emissions, and no international enforcement mechanisms, he is lying. He is going into Copenhagen, vowing that nobody will leave until a final, binding deal is signed. Africa has broken with Obama totally. We are headed for a major rift with China.
And, nothing has been done yet to solve the international monetary collapse. Dubai has been postponed, not settled. Greece is headed for sovereign default, and the list of other countries headed the same way is vast. Paul Volcker is running around the world, warning that the big crisis is coming, and that reregulation has to happen.

Lord Monckton Blasts Climate Hoax In "Russia Today" Interview

Lord Christopher Monckton was interviewed by Russia Today's Laura Emmett in Rannoch, Scotland, on the growing resistance to the global warming/climate change fraud. Here are excerpts from the 11 minute interview.

RT: On the eve of the Copenhagen summit on greenhouse gases, I'm talking to Lord Christopher Monckton, a renowned climate change skeptic. He's attending Copenhagen, to persuade delegates that the science is faulty.

Lord Monckton, thanks very much for talking to RT today. First of all, you could just explain your general stance on climate change?

CM: The climate has always changed, the climate is changing, the climate will continue to change. Humankind does not have the power to do very much about it, and we would be arrogant to assume that we can.

RT: What evidence do you have that climate change isn't man-made?

CM: The scientific question amounts to this: Are the greenhouse gases that we add to the atmosphere, sufficient in quantity and in global warming potential, to stop outgoing heat energy bouncing in from the Sun, hitting the Earth and then going back out into space again—are they strong enough to stop it, going out into space, so's it stays down here and causes a little bit of warming? Well, we know that they cause a little bit of warming, because the entire atmosphere keeps the planet around 18 or 20 degrees Celsius, warmer than it would be than if we didn't have an atmosphere. So, the greenhouse effect of all the greenhouse gases now existing in the atmosphere, is only 18 or 20 degrees Celsius. It's tiny. So the idea that changing one two-thousandth of the composition of the atmosphere from oxygen to carbon dioxide, as we may do this century if we go on burning fossil fuels as much as we like, will somehow cause a warming of anything up to 6 Celsius degrees, or something like a third of the effect of the entire existing atmosphere, is plainly, nonsense.

RT: Do you think that climate change, as it stands at the moment, is a political fad?

CM: Of course it is! These scares come and go: You may remember the Millennium Bug... This is the biggest scientific fad that's ever got off the ground, but now it has come to an end. It's come to a complete end, because recently, after 20 years of careful measurement, using the Earth Radiation Budget Experiment Satellite, we have been able to determine that the amount of outgoing radiation escaping into space, is almost as great as it always was. The extra greenhouse gases we're adding are making some difference, but very, very small. So we might be looking, over the whole of the next century, at a global warming of, at most, 1, perhaps 1-1/2 Celsius degrees. More likely, just 1/2 Celsius degree, something which is negligible, and generally beneficial. Certainly nothing which requires any policy action, whatsoever, except to have the courage to do nothing.

RT: And if what you say is true, why would the climate change lobby and governments either exaggerate, or totally invent the threat of global warming?

CM: Well, we know that the classe politique and the class scientifique, the great and good, are conspiring together, to make up the evidence. Because, just weeks ago, it was revealed that at the Climate Research center at the University of East Anglia, and among scientists in league with the center, right across the world, data had been blatantly fabricated, to produce the desired result of pretending there was a problem, when there isn't one. And so, this news that data have been fabricated, computer models have been tinkered with, computer code has been tampered with, things have simply been made up, temperature records have been simply created out of nothing—all of this news doesn't come as a surprise to me. Because the people who were named, in those emails, are people on whom I've had my eye for some time. Others I'm in contact with, have been noting the political, and financial connections, between these scientists, and politicians.

And so, it's very clear that what has happened is yet another attempt by the governing class of the world, if you like, to take advantage of the little guy, to conspire against the government, to have another excuse for exaggerated levels of taxation and of regulation, and of interference.

RT: Isn't it a fact that the polar icecap is melting? A hundred years ago, people used to skate on the Thames River; just in the last few weeks, we've had enormous floods in Cumbria: aren't these all evidence that climate change is, in fact, happening?

CM: You notice climate phenomena happening. You say, "Oh well, we don't know why these climate phenomena are happening." We don't even check whether they've happened before, so we'll just say, we'll invent a scare, and we'll say that it's humankind that is causing these changes that to happen. And if I explain it in that way, you can see how absurd that entire line of argument is.

Yes! The North polar icecap lost 27% of the ice that is normally there at the Summer minimum, in 2007, compared with that which we had known was normal from 30 years of satellite observations. But it's grown back by 24%, in the last two years! So that shows the enormous volatility of the Arctic climate. It's famous for it. And the floods in Cumbria: 1,000 year event. But you see, if you take 100 different micro-climates, which exist in Britain, and there are ten different climatic extreme events which could happen in each one, you're going to get a 1,000-year event once a year!

These extreme weather events come around, just as they always have, in any chaotic object, mathematically speaking, you would expect this to happen. It tells us nothing about whether the world is steadily warming. Yes, it has been warming, for 300 years, during 280 of which, we couldn't have had anything to do with it. And the Antarctic icecap is expanding. The sea ice in the Antarctic reached a record extent in 2007, three weeks after the record minimum in the Arctic, it was a record maximum in the Antarctic.

RT: The IPCC has a huge body of seemingly solid scientific evidence behind it, and they say that it's 90% likely that climate change is man-made. How do you refute that?

CM: There is no scientific basis, whatsoever, for saying there is a 90% probability that most of the warming of the last 50 years was caused by humankind—none whatsoever. You could go, for instance, to a paper by [inaudible] just last year, saying that 69% of all the warming in the 50 years was caused by the Sun. I'm not entirely convinced by that argument, either. The fact is we have no means of knowing, what are influences that caused the climate to fluctuate in the short term, upwards or downwards. This is simply beyond our capacity to measure, or analyze. What we do know, and this we can do, by laboratory experiment and by a little bit of elementary mathematics, is determine what the maximum possible effect of adding CO2 to the atmosphere can be, and the answer is: It's very, very, very small.

RT: Even if climate change theory hasn't been entirely put to the test, isn't it better to do something, now, rather than wait for flooding, drought, and temperature rises?

CM: The precautions themselves, let us say, in the shape of replacing one-third of the world's agricultural land, which grew food, with growing biofuels instead—so we were once growing food for people that needed it; now, we grow biofuel for clunkers that don't. Result? A doubling of world food prices, in just over a year! Three-quarters of which was attributed by the World Bank to the biofuels scam, which comes out of the global warming scare. Result? If we have to pay twice as much for our food, it's inconvenient. If you're in a poor country, that difference of 100% in the price of your food is the difference between life and death. There have been major food riots in a dozen regions of the world, hardly reported at all in the West, because they're so busy reported on every little icicle, putatively dribbling in Greenland. And those food riots are happening, because people are dying by the million of starvation, who would not have died at all, had this climate scare not engendered this dash for biofuels.

RT: What do you think will happen to the climate, in say, the next hundred years?

CM: I asked the world's greatest expert on climate, and that is Prof. Richard Lindzen, of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology—generally recognized as the man who knows more than anyone else in the world about how the atmosphere will behave; and I said to him, "Dick," I said, "I've been asked to make a bet, on whether it's going to be warmer or cooler in the next 50 years. Can you tell me?" He said, "Yes, I can. It will be either warmer or, the same as today, or cooler. And the chances that it'll be warmer are exactly the same as the chances that it will be cooler."

RT: And you're going to the Copenhagen summit on greenhouse gases. What's your objective there?

CM: My objective at Copenhagen will be to say to the leading delegations, in particular, the Americans, the Canadians, the Japanese, the Australians, the New Zealanders—I shan't bother with Europe, because that is decided by commissars whom we don't elect, can't hold to account, can't remove, and can't persuade; we're no longer a democracy in Western Europe. But I'm going to be talking to the delegations of the democracies, and I'm going to be saying, one by one, very quietly, "First of all, here's the science. It no longer adds up, and everybody knows it no longer adds up, and your voters now know it no longer adds up. We're moving away from that now. And we're moving towards a world in which, once again, the skepticism which is the approach of the scientist, is becoming instinct in the ordinary voter's mind.

RT: Will you be talking to the Russians?

CM: Yes, I will, because, although the present Russian leadership has not always had a very kindly press in Britain, I will tell you this: The Russian democracy as it is now, is 20 times more democratic, than the British democracy has become. Because we now have 90% of our laws made for us, by commissars—that is the official German word for the Commissioners of the European Union, whom we don't elect, can't question, can't remove, and can't replace. They make 90% of the laws of Britain. But you have a Duma, you have a parliament in Russia, which makes 100% of the Russia's law: You are now, a true democracy. God Bless you, for it: Of course, I'll be talking to your delegation, because I will be talking to the delegation of a democratic administration. We no longer have one. I shall not be bothering to talk to the British delegation.

Paul Volcker: Derivatives Have Not Produced Anything Good

Even Paul Volcker admits the shrewdest creation in the history of post-war finances is just that, shrewd !

December 10, 2009 —At a conference in Sussex, England, Paul Volcker stunned a banker audience by challenging them to come up with one example of a positive effect of derivatives. At the conference "Future of Finance Initiative" organized by the Wall Street Journal, Volcker said that the "single most important" contribution of the financial sector in the last 25 years has been automatic teller machines, which, he said, had at least proved "useful." He said that credit default swaps and collateralized debt obligations had taken the economy "right to the brink of disaster" and added that the economy had grown "at greater rates of speed" during the 1960s without such products.

When one stunned audience member suggested that Volcker did not really mean that bond markets and securitizations had contributed "nothing at all," he replied: "You can innovate as much as you like, but do it within a structure that doesn't put the whole economy at risk."

Volcker said that banks do have a vital role to play as holders of deposits and providers of credit. This importance meant that it is correct that they should be "regulated on one side and protected on the other." He said riskier financial activities should be limited to hedge funds, to which society can say: "If you fail, fail. I'm not going to help you. Your stock is gone, creditors are at risk, but no one else is affected."

"Volcker's comment has frozen the audience," Il Sole 24 Ore wrote. Volcker: "I would like one of you to give me the example of one single so-called innovative financial product that has produced benefits for economic development. I am sorry, but the answers you offered seem to me inadequate."

Since Volcker said he agreed with Soros on this, some media are speaking of a "Soros-Volcker alliance" (Il Sole 24 Ore). Soros, speaking before Volcker, defended hedge funds, which "in contrast to banks, risk their own money." He attacked CDS and called for a "New Economic Thinking."

Tory leader David Cameron also was present. He said that his party does not intend "to put limitations on bank sizes. Instead, we will establish a correlation between risks and capital. Financial services are the central part of the British economy and will stay so."

Al Gore A Poet? He's An Idiot

December 8, 2009

Under the headline "Al Gore: The Poet Laureate of Climate Change," Vanity Fair's "Green Beat" blog reports that the ever-expanding Al Gore has written a poem, tacked on to the end of the first chapter of his new book, Our Choice. Gore reportedly wrote the poem after his editor said he didn't want him to write a separate chapter on the impact of climate change—probably because many readers fall asleep long before they can finish a chapter.

Blogger Mark Hertsgaard gushes that the poem is "equal parts beautiful, evocative and disturbing," describing Gore's images as "emotionally arresting." He should have said that Gore was "mentally arrested" for writing this:

"One thin September soon

A floating continent disappears

In midnight sun

"Vapors rise as

Fever settles on an acid sea...

"Snow glides from the mountain

Ice fathers floods for a season

A hard rain comes quickly

"Then dirt is parched

Kindling is placed in the forest

For the lightning's celebration

"The shepherd cries

The hour of choosing has arrived

Here are your tools"

This guy's a real idiot." This afternoon idiot Gore was meeting with Barak Obama, the idiot who inhabits the Oval Office.

A number of other people agreed with LaRouche's assessment. Soareagle wrote: "ClimateGate. Global Warming Huckster Al Gore as poet laureate of climate change... oh barf!" BernardL added: "Brilliant. It deserves the Nobel Prize for Literature as surely as his environmental work deserved the Nobel Prize for Peace. If he loses a few pounds, and writes a note about his diet, I imagine he'll be considered for the Nobel in Medicine." And from Texasguy: "My own humbler poem: "The gravy train has dried up, The data cooked like overboiled couscous into yellow science mush: Hide the decline. Get a life!"

"That's perfectly good, perfectly fair; there's no injustice at all in that. I mean, the guy really has only one organ: an anus, like a single-celled organism."
